You will receive an invitation from onboarding.listenleon.com which is our dedicated onboarding platform. This video will give you a good feel for how things work and the process itself. ↓
Is it essential to be onboarded?
We do face this question from time to time, and while we understand the excitement of wanting to jump in to a new platform and get started, we have designed our onboarding process from the ground up to ensure you, as a client, are given the best opportunity to make the Listen Léon as successful as possible within your organization. So, yes onboarding is essential.
How do I receive an invite?
Every new client receives an invitation to our onboarding process and can invite as many of their core team as they wish. We welcome plenty of new on-boarders daily to projects as it is an opportunity for them to understand Listen Léon from an early point in the journey and creates wonderful product adoption.
